  The majority of us have a personal blog or know someone who has one. Why not also use it to spread our cause? We have banners available in our downloadable materials section that you can put in your webpage or your blog and direct your visitors to this page to be encouraged to participate.

  We have a Youtube channel, where we upload videos related to the Foundation, such as: patient plans, campaign presentations, and much more.  You can subscribe, send the videos to your friends, make comments, as well as a host of other options.

  At the bottom of each of our pages you will see a "share" symbol that allows you to share the pages you find interesting with the directories and social networks that you participate in.  There are many networks but the most well known are Digg, Menéame, Delicious, Stumbleupon and Technorati.

  The RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way to follow the latest updates on a blog or a webpage without needing to visit it everytime.
  
  How does it work?

  The first thing is to install a newsreader such as Feed Demon or Newz Crawler (if you work with windows). Nowadays, there exist many readers online such as google.

  The majority of browsers have an icon like the one on the left that allows you to add the RSS of the site you are visiting to your news reader. You need to click and drag the web address into you news reader or you could copy and paste it.
